As President of Wiley Group, Shannon Breuer leads by example.

A proven and seasoned industry leader, Shannon provides our team with tenacity and passion for advancing Wiley Group's mission and objectives as a Registered Investment Advisory firm.Prior to joining Wiley Group, Shannon held leadership roles in Human Relations and Communications with Sunoco, Inc. and more recently with McKnight-Kaney-Breuer LLC, a Philadelphia-based consulting company helping leadership teams inspire and motivate employees.

SmartCEO Magazine selected Shannon as a 2016 BRAVA Award winner and Philadelphia Business Journal named her a Women of Distinction in 2010. These honors recognize Shannon for her advocacy to grow business leaders through her affiliations with professional and community organizations. She is a board member of the Forum for Executive Women and their Engagement Committee Chair as well as having served on the Governance and Engagement Committees. Shannon is active in the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group, the Philadelphia Society of People and Strategy, the Main Line Chamber's Society of Professional Women's (SPW) Advisory Board, the Steering Committee of the Women's Resource Center's Advisory Board, and WCXO (Women Chief Executives) for which she led the Programming Committee in 2015. Shannon has also been active with the Cradles to Crayons Charity right here in Conshohocken. 

Shannon adds value to our clients and network with career coaching by drawing on decades of corporate experience to guide individuals through three pillars of an effective job search. Her approach focuses on core competencies and messaging to effectively engage key connectors that lead to the next step in your professional life. Shannon speaks to groups and individuals on career transition, financial planning, and business networking. A graduate of Marymount University, Shannon and her husband have two grown sons.
